Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 12, 2026

This policy explains how Primi Marketing Inc. handles personal information connected with primimarketing.com, enquiries and requests for personalised business demonstrations. It does not replace the privacy notices or contractual arrangements that apply to a client’s own customers.

Information you choose to share

When you request a demo, we ask for your name, business website and email address so we can review the request and respond. You can also tell us your business type, whether you serve consumers or businesses, and what you would like help handling. Those additional answers are optional. We also receive information you include in subsequent correspondence.

Please provide only a public business website you own or are authorised to represent. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, customer lists, private reservation records, health information or other sensitive personal information.

How we use it

We use enquiry information to understand your business needs, prepare and discuss a relevant demonstration, answer your questions and maintain a record of that correspondence. We may also use necessary information to protect our services, investigate misuse and meet legal obligations.

A demo request is not a newsletter signup. It allows us to respond about that request; it is not permission for unrelated promotional campaigns. Any separate marketing subscription will explain what you are signing up for and how to unsubscribe.

Public website content and demonstrations

A personalised demo may use publicly available content from the business website you supply. We may use third-party tools, including tools that use artificial intelligence, to create and host it. A demo is an illustrative example, not a live connection to your booking, payment or customer-management system.

If we invite you to use a hosted chat demo, its provider may process the messages you enter and associated technical information. Check the notice supplied with the demo and use fictional examples instead of personal customer information. We will identify the relevant provider when we share the demonstration.

Website and technical information

Our hosting and form services may process information such as your IP address, browser and device details, requested pages and access times to deliver the service, maintain security and troubleshoot problems. Cookies or similar technologies may be used for essential functionality. Your browser lets you control cookies, although blocking them can affect some features.

Embedded forms, externally loaded fonts and other third-party content can involve connections to those providers. Links to other websites are governed by those websites’ own privacy notices. If we add non-essential analytics, advertising tracking or new collection features, we will provide the relevant information and consent choices before using them where required.

Service providers and processing outside Canada

Our website is hosted through Hostinger and our demo-request form uses FormNX. Email correspondence may be handled through Google. Providers used to prepare or host a particular demonstration will be identified with that demo. We share information with service providers as needed to perform these functions, not simply because they are available to us.

These services may process or store information outside Canada. Information handled in another country may be subject to that country’s laws and lawful access by its authorities. You may contact us with questions about the providers involved in your request. We may also disclose information when required by law or where otherwise legally permitted to protect rights or safety.

Retention and protection

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, including necessary business records, dispute resolution and legal requirements. When it is no longer needed, it should be deleted or anonymised; copies in service-provider backups may remain until their normal replacement or deletion cycle.

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information, including limiting access to those who need it for the work. No online service or method of storage can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, request access or correction, withdraw consent for optional uses, or request deletion. Some information may need to be retained for legal or legitimate record-keeping reasons. We will explain any applicable limitations. We may need to verify your identity before releasing or changing information.

Our services are intended for businesses, not children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can review and address it.
